You told me that I could be anything I wanted.
That I would find the perfect one for me.
That I could have the big house with the beautiful children.

I got my dream job.
I found my dream partner.
I bought my dream house and have the most amazing kids you can dream of.

But you forgot something.

You forgot to mention that I'd lose that job.
That I'd lose that man.
That I''d lose that perfect house and those wonderful children.

You forgot to mention that after the hopes and dreams comes a world full of nightmares.

You forgot to mention reality.
