Yes, you deserve a true love
Someone who loves you with all of their heart and all of their might
Someone who treats you with all the dignity and respect that you inherently deserve as a woman, as a human
Who thinks about you all the time and wonders every second of every minute of every day what you’re doing, how you’re doing, what you’re thinking, and what you are feeling,
Someone who can help you make your fears and worries go away on those dark cold nights when it seems like you are alone in the world and the only light at all is coming from your reading light, as you shut your book before going to bed.
You deserve someone who knows your flaws and quirks and charms and loves you all the more for every single one of them.
You deserve a love that makes you happy.
But to all the women in the world who are searching for that true love that you read about in books and watch on television and in movies.
The romances that makes us smile and sigh, that makes our hearts melt into gooey piles of hot chocolate cold ice cream and warm tears all wrapped in a fuzzy blanket …..
You do not need it.
You as a person are not measured by who and who does not love you.
Just because you don’t not have your one true and great love does not mean you are unlovable.
You are individually beautiful and gorgeous and you know this. You don’t need someone else to acknowledge it.
Sometimes when it gets dark and cold and your reading light is the only light in the world before you quietly slip off to bed by yourself, it makes you feel like you aren’t strong enough to last through your days alone even for one more second.
But sometimes when it is in the daylight hours where the noises smells and sights and sounds of life are surrounding you and the sun is shining down on you filling you with a warmth that you wish would last forever It is easy to know that you are independent and you are strong.
You do not need someone else to make you happy or chase away the fears and the sorrow to wrap you in their oversized jacket when it’s cold outside.
Because you can do it all yourself.
