Beauty Within

I find myself counting the constellations
Hidden in your eyes
I see the way they sparkle
I watch them as they die
I can see the way it's aged you
All the weight the world has dropped
I can see the way it pains you
And how you fear the end will soon come
I've counted all your scars
The little lines running up your wrists
I can't imagine how much you've given
How it must have come to this
You try your best to hide them
Only seeing the ugly in your skin
But I see the battle you fought through
And I see the true beauty you hold within

Not the greatest poem, sorry.
