To Gain, to Lose... in Him, I Choose

To gain
Is to lose,
The pain
You choose;
Though kindness is done
Not everyone is won,
The answer you seek
Might not be so meek;
A helping hand
Stretched out to man,
A smile is held in return
Instead a'given a burn;
Do not lose heart
Fear calling apart,
Reach out your hand again;
No matter the cost
Do not be lost,
One does receive and then;
Tis better to be
Humble you see,
Though your eyes cry silent tears;
We all can be strong
Though some may not throng
But somebody always hears;
He sees our good deeds
And rewards us in full,
A home with Him I need
There is no stunt to be pulled;
I would rather be
With Him in me,
True happiness is then received.
