Her writing to others and myself is nothing less than a cure,
A cure from the poison that is daily life,
But she's who keeps me riding on the highs,

I tell her my most random secrets, she listens, never laughs,
She writes such clever lines and intriguing paragraphs,
She is the smartest girl I know and not just because she gets the marks,
She is the wisest also, because she simply is a star,

Her beauty is outstanding, yet she isn't in the least bit vain,
If only I could tell her how naturally perfect she is again,
Her smile, so easy and so genuine, I can't help but smile too,
She is one of those who is determined and who sticks it through,

Regardless of bad weather, she looks up to the skies,
Her wondrous entity is something no one ever denies,
Optimism is her in every sense of the word,

It'd be her every single time, as she is strong,
It doesn't matter whether sometimes she does wrong,

Before I knew her, I was lost and maybe I still am,
But she lets me be free; now I don't give a damn,
I used to care about needless desires and reputation,
Now all I care about is having a kind heart and a good education,

She inspires me to smile when I feel I must weep,
She tells me to run when I wish to solemnly sleep,
