Where is God?
The days are dark and drear,
Pain and suffering abounds.
But do not fret, the Lord is near.
His love and his care surrounds.
Many people ask "Where is God?"
Seems fair with the state of the world.
Faces bleak and hearts down-trod.
Satan's nets around our hearts are twirled.
But, my friend, do not lose hope.
Though you are sinking in life's seas.
Grasp onto God's word, strong like a rope.
Basking in his glory, down on your knees.
Look at the grass, the sky.
At the waving trees and gurgling rivers.
Nature's beauty can make one cry.
Make the heart grow fond, the body to shiver.

I have heard this question asked, and sometimes it's even hard myself. but then I just think about nature and how you can see God in the smallest atom up to the largest mountain. His handiwork is everywhere.
