Wish Upon a Star

I wish upon a star every chance I get
To live without fear and regret
To be not afraid of your own shadow
And not to feel the inside of your soul is hollow

Take my pen, I wrote my sadness down
Will I be the saviour of my own fallen crown?

I wish upon a star every night
To live without fear and eternal light
I take this pen and write down my hate
Breaking down I believe there is no fate

Where is the smiles? Where is the love?
Where is this person I have been dreaming off?

Stars don't make wishes and pens don't help
Its time to take my stand with my fear and doubt.
