Boundless By Nothing

By the stars, by the grave of gravity I am boundless
Pulled by the source of nothing
In a canteen kitchen of floating foods
A safe so precious, trapping the last elements of oxygen
Preserving a strong dry taste in the air
Perhaps not the ideal painting of life
Yet, peering beyond the observation deck
The home that feels thousands of years away
Such a beautiful sight, aesthetic to the eyes, the spinning axis and streaming light
Which lunges toward this medley diverse ball of life
Diving into the blue pool
If I am one of the few whose eyes may witness such a treasure
I am lucky to the utmost measure
Have you ever cringed away in fear? Stirring like a balloon
As safe as a dog leased to a fence, if let loose, lost to it’s own descent
Of course, chills of fear stroke my soul, yet I see it not as a window into the Devil’s arms, I see a vast universe, scattered in time and stars, such mysteries
I face the eye of the galaxy with great ebullience
Your bones don’t petrify and your breath doesn’t halt at the possibility that once deep out beyond our home gates, we may not find our way back? Lost to the stars
I will not lie, the thought is very unpleasant, yet I do believe people have suffered worse deaths than lost in the universe
Indeed, that is true, quite an ordeal many people have gone through
