I Still Remember

The hallways are crowded, filled with the live noise, and bodies wondering aimlessly. Although, I always know where your presence is. You’re always waiting by the wall, leaning against with that “cool guy” attitude. Your smile can light my day, and that kiss can drive me insane.

I remember, our small talks, our walks to my house. Do you remember that too?

People give us a smile or nod, when they see our fingers tangled. Always congratulating us, and wish for the best. It was like that for year. A year, I dedicated to us.

But our fights are getting bigger, and we’re just trying to piss each other off. I know you’re speaking to her. You talk to her every day, no matter what time it is. Why didn't I noticed the way she looked at you?

Now, I see your hands holding hers, if she’s some delicate flower. Your lips meet hers, and she wears that pathetic smile on her face. You didn't care if my face was puffy and red, or covered in tear stains. No. You didn't even bother to tell me, you didn't want me anymore.

You just thought you could have us both.

But you couldn't.

Cause that one day, I left school for good.
