Goodie Two Shoes

I've never been the one with a slim framed body,
Nor the one who’s hair was complimented.
How hard was it for me to realize we were different?
That everything about me, couldn't be like you.

The constant reminder of you were better.
And my stubbornness was mistaken for a bad attitude.
No one could look past the so called perfection,
And the pathetic sob story you spat out.

Not a single friend, remembered me, why would they?
When they had you instead.

But it’s quite funny now if I think about it.
The girl who was so bad and terrible, changed her life completely.
So you tried to throw lies to taint my image,
But you never saw how you became the person you said I was.
