Another Rip in the Glass

Although the wind wound against this spacious establishment, everything danced under a swell of gray.

A terrible silence muffled the ears, and dried the throats of all who took in a common breath.

The sex and the scent.
More of token deceit, and odor.

A warehouse.
A decrepit superstructure, erect upon the land of treacherous docks.

In the weeks to follow, I would scramble to this dwelling, hastily tossing myself into the chilled, filth of water.

I made it once.
It was enough to sink in the bliss of unconsciousness.

He found me.
Dragged me out.
I can't recall ever trying again.

Death's here.
Detained in a title of ever growing stature.
Given his own "room."
A room near where the dense lord sleeps, himself.

If they were in-fact not scandalously intimate.

Monster
MONSTER
Monster

monster

He took me. All.

I smiled, and allowed his icy exterior to envelope me completely.
Said wafting sensation chilled my lips.

I couldn't recall the last time a creature of this...

caliber

...had held me with such high edge, and malice.
Distaste.

Pressing my face against his stone chest, I inhaled deeply.
A lack of human blood flow echoed throughout the caverns of my mind.
Wisping about my intellect in a fashion only known to this level of loath.

This is what repulsion smell like.

I hummed in agreement.
Unable to get enough of the devilishly intoxicating aroma.

I devoured this unearthly scent.

Surrender.
There is no more home.

LIAR

Shifting, I forced out a partial cough.
A rasp died in my throat.

"It would all be over soon."

A stinging in my chest erupted, horrible not only in taste.
I spat upon the nightly abuse.
The insurmountable weight of dread and coldness. Over.

When it echoed back, it appeared as nothing.
