Grudgingly, he lifts her, to go rest her little head.

Big brother, big brother, come play outside with me?!
Sighing, he obliges, heading out under the tree.

Big brother, big brother, I wish we went to school together!
Laughing, he ignores her, and heads out in the weather.

Big brother, big brother, the kids are so mean!
Rolling his eyes, he says, 'We can't all live a dream.'

Big brother, big brother, can I go outside to play?!
Groaning, he responds, 'Sure, just go away."

Big brother, big brother, do you really have to leave?
Smiling, he hugs her, 'It's not forever, as you believe.'

Big brother, big brother, I'm so glad to see you!
He hugs her, sighing, 'I'm happy to be home too.'

Big brother, big brother can we play a game?!
He puts down his work, shrugging, 'To miss out would be a shame.'

Big brother, big brother, we just wanted to let you know.
Packing his things, he rushes home, through the snow.

Big brother, big brother, you didn't have to come.
He cries in fear, 'How could you be so dumb?!'

Big brother, big brother, I'm so glad to have home for good!
He smirks, ruffling her hair playfully, 'Well you really should.'

Big brother, big brother, the kids are still so cruel!
He sighs in understanding, 'Well I think you're pretty cool.'

Little sister, little sister, I'm beyond happy you're okay.
Big brother, big brother, for you I'd be no other way.
