Diabolus in Tenebris (Part 1)

The bed was destroyed,
Its frame completely shattered,
Its sheets torn to shreds,
The pillows were mauled,
Their contents spilled over,
Pictures and paintings lay ripped and broken,

And in the middle of the floor,
A young girl sat in the middle of a mess,
Melted wax and feathers were intertwined into symbols,
Dead cats and birds hung from the ceiling,
Their entrails and flesh strewn around the girl,
Their blood painted on the walls into symbols of inhuman origin,
And the girl sat there, clutching a picture of her family,
...

They were all dead.

All except her...
This house was hers, this room also,
But the people she lived with her not all blood,
And she killed them, she killed them all...

She stared at the picture for a long time,
Her tears dropping gracefully under her,
And she gently put the picture down, a nest of twigs, flesh, and wax
And she set the nest down on the floor, on a triangle point facing south,
And under her lay an upside-down star, and likewise a cross just as so,
And three circles of flesh, mixed with wax lines made into a triangle,
The pieces of flesh spelling out the number 6, in Roman numerals,

She knew exactly what she was doing... she could feel his presence,
She'd always found comfort in him... In Him... To think she would...
A being like him, perverted unto no end...
But it is too late now, she is only a child, and yet she was in too deep,
And now she had become what they feared the most... And she did it willingly...

A demon possessed witch... with no conscious, no morality, no care...
And she closed her eyes, and in a long out drown hollow voice,
She recited the incantations of centuries old,
Words of old power and limitless evil,
And the words flowed from her lips like rich water from a river,
They hung like stars in the air, and thrummed with demonic power,
And as they cascaded downward, they feel solidly like bars of solid lead
And then it was over, and there was silence...
And it was quiet, and the bodies of the dead made no movement...
...

And then, with a sudden whoosh of air, the girl was knocked down
Her slender, seemingly fragile frame thrown down upon the hard wooden floor,
And then her mind slipped from consciousness, and her sight went black...
