Storms

My walls crashing down,
Nothing makes sense anymore.
As I walk the streets of this forgotten town,
I can't shake the memory of you walking out my door.
It hurts to draw another breath,
Knowing that I must keep living.
This uneasy and disturbing yearning for death,
This life no longer merciful, no longer so giving.
Forbidden to feel emotion,
I'm lost in this thunderstorm.
With no direction, no resolution to rid this horrid magic potion,
The potion stripping my personality, causing me to deform.
Everything hurts, everything spins,
Nobody is listening, nobody sees.
There's nothing I can do, for me there are no more wins,
I used to be so strong, like the Hulk, like the legendary Hercules.
But now I'm cracked, and soaked,
I'm drowning from this storm.
