My Sister's Saviour

Her heart is singing,
an ice-cream she's licking,
but she stays away from the sun,
missing Summer's sun.

Her golden hair fly,
to a far away sky.
Her small heart wants to cry,
to get away again she'll try.

She feels like she has to hide,
but I want her by my side.
She feels like she has to run,
under this fiery, hot sun.

My dear sister, you are in a cell,
from Heaven I think you fell.
My dear sister, sing your song again,
in front of me please, don't pretend.

I like the sand in your feet,
and how a crab can make you scream.
I like to see you walking alive and free,
it's time to let everyone see.

There is nothing for you to hide,
now that you are by my side.
Once again I'll help you break free from your cell,
together with you, this time I fell.

This Summer we can leave our past behind,
travel through the ocean and open your mind.
This time we are going to have fun,
and now you won't be afraid of the blazing sun.
