Life Is a Masquerade

Ever heard of a foolish genius?
Live near what you want,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
The eyeless are boldly blind,
But their sight has a keenness.
Even the nicest people,
Have a sense of meanness.

Does everyone live to die?
I speak a truth in my lie.
Natural color is in a dye.
Few birds cannot fly.
The poor find a way to buy.
Loud voices are often shy.
Oh my, the breathless still sigh.

Devils thrive from crucifixion.
Many wish reality was fiction.
Freedom has restrictions.
Unscathed men have self inflictions.
Art has no description.
Isn't life filled with contradictions?
