Room 204

Stuck here in nowhere land,
I'll leave here when I can.
People here are the same,
They just have different names.

Tucked-in shirt, suit and tie,
Be like them 'till you die.
Since we won't, we're outcasts,
Let's get out of here fast.

We ran away, don't look back,
Society wants us to crack.
But we are free, we'll get there,
We'll laugh at those who didn't care.

People can't hurt us anymore,
We are free in room two-oh-four.
A great sunset in somewhere land,
Window watching, now take my hand.

Things are now as they seem
On the road to our dreams.
Painted lines on the road
Guide us in where we go.

Hotel rooms, sleeping bags,
No one here ever nags.
This is it, we are home,
We've made this place our own.

We ran away, don't look back,
Society wants us to crack.
But we are free, we'll get there,
We'll laugh at those who didn't care.

People can't hurt us anymore,
We are free in room two-oh-four.
A great sunset in somewhere land,
Window watching, now take my hand.
