Do You Want to Hear a Story?

Do you want to hear a story?
About a girl that didn't understand?
That thought the boy just wanted
To hold her god damn hand..
Instead he got her drunk,
And she couldn't hold her liquor,
He told her what he wanted,
She downed another shot,
Thinking how can I refuse?
She didn't know what he was going to do..
He took off his shorts,
And she got on her knees,
Begging with her eyes,
But no words came out to plead.
So she began the task,
Cause the drinks began to take a toll,
And in the morning she regretted it,
More than you'll ever know.
She started downing pills,
Three at a time,
Hoped that her friends
Would tell her everything
Was going to be just fine.
Instead they fought and bickered,
Of course about the guys,
And she didn't want to hear it,
So she found a place to hide.
She locked the bathroom door,
Turned on the shower head,
The tears began to flow,
As fast as the water down the drain.
She took some more pills,
And began to start shaking,
Not realizing exactly
How much she was taking..
She then slit her wrist
With her broken razor blade,
And just like that,
Everything started to fade.
She finally calmed down,
And her wrist stopped bleeding,
She needed some air,
Some sort of feeling,
So she threw a hoodie on
And went to sit ouside,
But her friends found the blade,
And knew what she had done.
They called 911 and an officer came,
Her parents now knew
About her sick charade.
So now she's still broken,
Still crying in the shower,
But they say therapy should fix her,
Even if it's just for an hour.
People began to talk,
And labels fell in place,
Names like "crazy" and "freak" appeared,
As if written on her face.
So here the story ends
Because she shut herself away inside,
Hidden from the world
Cause she's scared of whats outside.
