Remember the one who defended you,
Who cushioned you from the fall?
Who knew you, knew that you didn’t know all?
Despised and never wanted.
Pushed away but always close.
Our dead children,
Their guts wrapped around your waist
While their Half- brothers’ venom
Drips, scolding your face.
I would have died for you, but you never knew that.
The expression on your face when I chose you,
