I Need to Decide

It's always something in the end,
I get by day to day, hour to hour
But sometimes it all just stops
It feels as if I am frozen
Solid, unmoving, pushing though stone
Time haults holding his breath
He knows I need time to think
Yet as I'm stuck in place my heart beats
Rapidly in an unrythemic fashion
I know what they are waiting for
I need to decide is this the moment

It's always something empty
Night by night, hour by hour
Everything just stalls
A pause of cosmic proportions
Puttering and wheezing of my chest
Silence as the colors move about
Tying me down, keeping me bound
Held, chained, kept, incarcerated
Eyes starring, watching, knowing, daring
I know what they are waiting for
I need to decide in this moment
