Take a deep breath,
Breathe it in.
Nothing's changed.
It's the same as it's always been.

So why am I so angry?
Why do I want to yell in your face?
Nothing has changed,
Everything is just the same.
Just the same as anyone remembers it.
Except me.

I remember how things used to be,
Oh so long ago,
Before you knew her,
Before you "dumped" me.
But can you even call it that?
I suppose you can,
But if both of us are honest,
We know that it was never real,
And you never loved me.
And that's why you don't remember a thing.
It was faked.
I'm just the fool that bought in
