Serenity

Come lay within my arms my dear and rest your head awhile,

The evening loves exhausted and my soul longs for your smile.

I’ll find the scent from atop your head and comfort you within,

And lay a gaze within your eyes we’ll embrace our souls; entwined.

We’ll laugh and sigh, each other, a lovers wind will take

Your soothing breaths to my ears and cause my heart to shake.
