It was the way you fell short of breath
Everytime she walked into the room
And the way you smiled
Whenever you heard her name
It was all the small things
The things you had no control over
The things you thought I wouldn't notice
The things you hoped I'd ignore
It was those things
That made me realise
I wasn't the one for you
