but you didn't know where to look,
you didn't know who loved you.
Your words were honest,
but you told them to people not interested,
you told them to yourself in the mirror.
Your smiles were gracious,
but you only blessed the ones who didn't care,
you only blessed them.
Your tears were heart breaking,
but you only cried because of others,
and never for me who always cried for you.
