I Hate You.

To me, you are a perfect picture of everything I absolutely despise.
A physical manifestation of the disgust that harbors itself deep within me.
To gaze upon you, is a sight that compells me to gouge out my eyes
With every beat of my heart, I hate you.

But love and hate are two sides of the same coin,
And I would be lying if I said that I don't still want you,
Like an alcoholic still yearns for the bottle.

And for every time I want to hold you to the floor and clench my hands around your throat
I want to hold you to the bed, bite your neck, and be what takes your breath away
But loving you is, as I've learned, a cheap waste of my precious time
And any other day I would prefer to sink my nails into your windpipe, than the skin on your back.

To me, you are a symbol of one who deceives, you are the man with the silver tongue
You engorged yourself on the blood I shed over your savage desires, still considered me inadequate
I tried to get it back, but there's no pain I can deal that would compare to the damage you have done.
With every beat of my heart, I hate you.

I hate you.
