The Human Error

We gaze into the television,
Watching them as if they are our prey.
Stalking there every move,
Attempting to be just like them.

Waiting for that one wrong move,
We silently judge them,
As we prepare to strike.
But when that time comes,
We rip them apart,
Leaving nothing behind.

They are normal people
Who are held on a golden pedestal.
One wrong move and they fall.
Then we move to the next prey,
The new face we crave.
