In the moment that you fall,
Blame hate for Fate's seed.
It would not have come so,
Early as it has,
If not for hate.

And so I wonder when my day comes,
Should I hate the hatred back? Well,
Who can say? Fire needs fuel
To burn bright and hot.

In that case, what am I to do?
What are you to do as well?
Many wise men have said,
"Fight hate with love."

But they've met their fates as well.
