I Am Myself

I almost lost myself, my identity just to please you.
But you weren't willing to do the same.

You wanted the girl in the picture.
I wanted the guy from the past.
But those two people don't exist anymore.

It took me sometime to realize who you are now, who you've become.

Now realize this, I am my own person. I like who I've become and I refuse to apologize for it.
