What did I do to deserve this?
What in the world did I do?
You tell me you care
That you love me
You don't want to hurt me
I was stupid enough to believe you
I hoped that you had changed
But clearly you didn't mean what you said
What did I do?
To deserve abandonment
To not have a caring father
To tell my friends why I'm not going to the father-daughter dance next Friday
I'm sorry for whatever I did
I just want my dad back
Is that too much to ask for?

This is my first poem and I think I did okay, besides still not understanding how to do the freaking layout. Update: I learned how to do the layouts by myself! I feel accomplished!
