Found Poem

In a dream,
Underground,
In a little town,
Amongst twenty snowy mountains,
Lolita met a traveler from an antique land on the edge of hell.

Although it was winter,
She wandered lonely as a cloud,
Seven minutes after midnight,
Through the town covered over in darkness,
Her suffering left her sad and gloomy.

She had just run away,
Away from that horrible life.
Away from that man.

"Enough" she said,
"This is the end, I will start a new life."
And so she continued through her journey,
Walking into a forest.

A boy walked through the forest,
In search of something.

Something was pulling him,
Pulling him to the edge of insanity.

He felt that if he didn’t find that something soon he would die.
How could that be he thought?
Nothing can ever kill me.

Then he saw something of arresting poignant beauty,
It was the something that was pulling at him,
A Pretty woman,
The little airplanes of his heart began to speed up,
As if mocking him.

The boy began to follow the women,
As if in a trance.
He couldn't control himself,
He felt like attacking her.

"But something's different," he thought Surprised,
"It's not because I want her blood."
She gave birth to a new feeling in his heart,
Did he dare say, "Love."

Consumed with thoughts of her,
He unknowingly stepped on a twig.

She turned,
Panic in her eyes.

Scared,
Shaking ,
Restless,
She called out,
"Who's there?"

From behind a tree,
The boy stepped out,
"My name is William,"
He said.

Casting away her fear,
Trying to be brave,
"My name is Lolita,
What do you want?"
She asked the boy.

"I want you,"
Said the boy.
"My heart,
It pulled me towards you.
And I didn't know why,
Tell I laid my eyes,
On your beauty,
And grace.
You are my reason to get up in the mornings,
I love you"

"But you don’t know me,
You Just met me,"
The girl said.

"Nor I you,
But love knows no bounds.
You are my Soulmate,
You are my life,"
He said.

"Let us go then,
You and I,
Get to know each other.
Come,
Sit,
Talk with me.
Who are you?"
She said.

"I guess,
It is the time
The time to explain myself,
To say the least,
My secret.
You must not tell anyone,
What I am about to tell you,
Lolita,
Light of my life,
I am a Vampire,
Ancient as the world,
Older than the flow of human blood in human veins,
But do not be alarmed,
My love,
I shall never hurt you."
He said.

"Does that mean,
You are never going to be old and gray?"
She asked.

"Yes."
He simply said,
"But I’m nobody without you.
Promise me,
Promise me you will stay with me,
Never leave my side."

"Ok she said,"
The truth of her promise,
Shown in her blush.

"And now,
So much depends upon this,
To be with me,
You must become,
A vampire."
He said.

She nodded,
"Ok."
He came closer,
Her heart sped up,
He caught her in his arms,
He bit into her neck,
Her blood ran smoothly,
Down his throat.

A second later,
She had turned into,
A Vampire.

In the cold and gray night,
He kissed her.
That moment,
Her mind lets go of a thousand things,
Like dates of wars and death of kings.
And they drifted into,
Their own little world.
And what she thought was a dream,
Never ended.
