Lost and Found

You were my lost and found eternity.
You were what was missing from my boring life
and when we met, my life had meaning again,
a purpose other than just living.
I was breathing because of you.
I kept living because of you.
Eternity had seemed to drag on
but being with you made it feel so small.
Your short years were taken away from you,
but the poisoned fangs of another.
You were gone and I had lost you.

Years passed, and I kept walking my lonesome path,
knowing no one could ever clench my thirst,
knowing no one could ever fill the void in my heart
You were gone, and realization had downed on me pretty hard.

But then, you were found.
You looked the same and you walked down the streets of London,
with a smile on your face and kidness in your heart,
helping the older people to pass the road
and offering your help to others.
That trait of yours had made me fall in love with you.
I was a vampire, what people considered as a monster
and you had helped me treat my wounds.
Your heart was the purest of them all, like your name.
''Purity?'' I couldn't hold myself back so I just called,
and then you turned, ''What took you so long.''
