Hug the pillow, lulling under liner-crusted lids.
Living processed life on an exhausted bank card,
Logic adjourned, almost slid off grid.

Wasted hours; made it to the door today,
Pulling together like those that have a clue.

Laughter keeps the rickety bones rolling.
Spewing, aching words; smiling helps manage.
