Sight of Blind

SIGHT OF BLIND

Do you know
When the Big Bang came into force
Say, years billions
Since then I succumbed to drifting
To and fro- propelled by cosmic waves
My tiny being, can it stand against?

In the unbound crypt- nettled in a web
Through crystal clear route- I walk in search of you
On a sudden I found myself once.
But to my wit’s end my ‘Self’
Whom I’ve known for years
Snubbed me completely if knew never
In a switch air turned into gall
Sea became tremulous, I became deaf
My ‘self’ and me floated to two poles
Can there be a reconciliation?

Finding no means
Aurora, I turned to you in the hope that
You will latch on to me
But you robbed me of my vision
Now I’m sheer blind
Stranded in the British isles.

Yet, standing on the apex of your vault
I can cry out- though fettered
I rise so much so that
All limits collapse
I, in my dumps
Breaking all barriers in my heart of heart
Hear all that you told me once
My blinded sight never let it to escape
Even twirling of a blade of grass at dead of night
Let alone you!
