In A Land Far Away
In a time not so long ago,
sat a girl who just wanted to run away from home.
But once she did she discovered a place,
It was only filled with malice and hate.
The drugs, the money, and fame.
Those were just a few of what she shamed.
The abuse, sex, and hate,
These were the things she wished was fake.
But after all the torture she endured,
A man showed up and made her feel reborn.
For the years they spent felt sweet and true,
Until one day he changed too.
And now she locked herself away,
In a land not to far away.
She filled in with dreams that maybe one day,
She could grow wings and fly far far away.
During the times she must return to reality,
She could feel her dread return to the third degree.
Forever she knew that she could not escape,
Because she found herself in the world that is still filled with malice and hate.

It kind of gives a little insight into the stuff I dealt with in life but I also wanted it to be able to relate to someone else going through stuff like this. I wanted these people to know that they are not alone in this world and that there are other people out there that feel the same and that all they have to do is reach out.
