Fourth of July

Today I am proud to stand on this great republic
As I will celebrate America's birthday with the public,
Flaming roasting barbecue fills the summer air
The bursting fireworks we all should prepare,
Tonight should be a blast
As we celebrate our nation's past,
We honor those who fought in the war
That drives America to its very core;
It's independence day folks,
Celebrating our country's birthday is not a hoax,
Happy fourth of July everybody!
