Dogs are a man's best friend
They are here to defend,
That requires love and care
As they have time to spare,
The cute pooch licks the person's face
As their fondness we human beings embrace,
Their tails wag for joy
As they enjoy their new toy,
Their fur is silky smooth
They have the power to soothe,
Dogs are a great stress reliever
As well as being a retriever.
