Stigmata: The Constant Ringing of Church Bells

My cranium hemorrhages
As it aches and swells
Under the constant ringing of
Solemn church bells

I see his hair from the aisle
I think I need to sit down
The smell of the burning incense
Still following me around

The ringing of the bells echoing in my head
Rage against the silence built where my apathy bleeds
I stand here begging for my ending judgement,
As I have found it written in Cesar's decree

See the blood upon my hands
Blessed water wouldn't wipe them clean
Twist the spear to certify that
This stigmata is killing me

Hail Mary! Forgive us
An empty pale
And cold to the touch

Saint Michael, hear this,
Sadness' fingers found me
From above

Angels were screaming over funeral bells
So now I know that I believe
Jesus Christ, why not send me to Hell?
The damned stigmata is killing me
