She loved him
And he loved her
He just found someone that he loved more
Mind, body and soul that’s what she wanted; that’s what she had.
Maybe that guy wasn’t ready to give her that.
What if they had met at a different
Time; a different place. Would that have made a difference anyway ?
Most likely not; most likely true
Guess we’ll never know how you feel; or what’s the truth?
Was she the rebound ? Or was it you?
He gave her everything that he should have gave to you.
His mental, physical and emotional being; he gave himself to her in all of its capacity.
How could she not overthink? Think too little or think too much.
In her mind all she can see is the constant rerun.
Rerun of her past and possible future with a guy that had no clue of how deep a heart could actually run; hell If he knew, he just wanted to have fun.
No one told him where that could lead; all the giggles and parties.
I guess he found out the hard way all because he didn’t want to settle down, he wanted to play.

She chose not to; she forbid it.
Forced to lie and hide the truth from the guy she loved;
She always knew
It was hard, devastating at times
But she knew he would prove to be worth it;
She knew-it, all this time.
Just, please; PLEASE don’t ask her why ?
