Am I More Than You've Bargained For Yet?

Author's notes: Written because I have friends who think I'm spending too much time on INO and are ignoring me because of this. Yes, it started from that line of Fall Out Boy's song. No, I don't own the song (but I do have the CD).

xX : Am I More Than You've Bargained For Yet? : Xx
Am I more than you’ve bargained for yet?
Just waiting and biding my time,
Seeing when you’ll break, push me down
Into the dirt next to a forgotten dime.

But I forgot one thing-
Even that dime is worth more than me, right?
I can try my best, though I’m at my worst,
But with the amount of battles I win, sugar, there’s no hope of winning the fight.

But on we go, round and round
Fighting more times than I can even count.
I’ve lost, I’m beaten, thrown down in the dust
And sometimes I throw myself into craters of doubt.

Doubt these friendships,
Question every time
You said anything to me.
Tell me now that it was a lie.

‘Cause now I’m just wondering
With this blade at my wrist.
You promised a friendship, I gave you a bullet,
And though you said it’d be forgotten, you’ve kept a list.

So, sugar, I repeat my final line
The meaning that so many times you’ve missed.
Am I more than you bargained for yet?
No, but before I could reconsider, your expectation’s slit my wrists.
