Chameleon

Will I find you in a daisy or mountain chain
Throwing caution to the wind
Flying with colours and curs

Could you be lost in mink and petulance
Or stained with grass and huckleberry

Will it be white or pink elephants
That fill your stained glass sanctuary

Dragged into a game of zero sums
Gagged on thumbs, plums, and platitudes
You'll write me off when the high wears off
