Secretive yet talkative

You’re very calm, yet so very active
Sitting in your world with no worries.
You have your soul in you like a captive,
Jumping about between so many stories;
You give no sight nor sound,
Yet you’re there and everyone knows it,
In your daily circle you go around
From down to up you walk and sit.
Twenty five flashes in your brain,
Yet you stay so motionless and still
And just like a train
You get up to go and chill.
