Crying is Drying

I am the shell you have created.
Hollowed me out, leaving me bloody and naked.
I forgot the face I used to see,
And now its come back to haunt me.
I shake and I try,
But my eyes refuse to let me cry.
The nights of bitter sobbing dried me up,
The pain never subsides, but I've cried enough.
So, I'll stand up tall and hide my screams,
No one should be exposed to my disease.
