accident by cause or reason
inly led to blood or treason
and pain and gore leads deceit by fire
and you weaken by day as you begin to tire
and you start to hold on and lay in the ashes
but then you go and go until your body crashes
long suffering and such
can only be too much
for today liar
tomorrows flyer
next weeks fool
and last months tool
if had been the one you were
then awful thoughts could begin to stir
and lay me down alone at night
