Life Lines

Twirling, shimmering,
Lined up by name,
Feathery lines,
They write peoples fates,

The three sisters,
whom share an eye,
hold these lines,
until one dies,
Then it is cut,
and it's person is dead,
Then it is lifeless,
No shimmering glow,
To hold in pretences,
And fall in the snow.

Blood of that human,
who falls to the ground,
Stops, and clotts,
And now all is lost,
Time will stop, for that tiresome mortal,
Forever at peace,
Forever in dreams.

Time cannot and never will be,
Turned once more,
No glue for that line,
It is strewn aside,
like a runt in a pack,
Left there to wallow in misery.
It is no more,
It is dull and black,
cut in two,
No smiles, no laughs,

Goodbye lifeline.
