Stitch my lips shut,
Don't say a word.
Things will be better than before.
Plug your ears,
Tune me out,
Hum a song to block out my shouts.
Take my heart,
From my chest,
Tug and pull until it rips.
You should be used to this,
Its happened oh so many times already.
Sit me down,
Kneel before me.
Make me look into those eyes.
They burn through my soul,

I can't hide anymore;

Tear open my lips,

I stand up and push you down,

I yell out.
