The Rain

The rain has come again
I can hear it pouring down
The thunder,
it crashes again and again.
It's like being dragged under.
You intend for it to happen,
pretend to save your life.

It's raining again.
The pain, the sadness.
It all comes over me quickly;
drags me down and makes me
wish I was gone.

Emmerce yourself in the despair,
the solitude clenches onto your ankles again.
And the thunder crashes
again and again.
Oh, god.

The rain,
the rain.
Your face,
my face.
