Suicide In A Smile.

I wish you'd hurt like I do,
Just know it is because of you,
And every time you laugh,
I feel torn in half,
Every time you smile,
Happiness seems to go out of style.

I write letters you won't read,
I write them in the blood that I bleed,
And every time you move,
I can't help but disapprove,
Every time you smirk,
I can't help but hurt.

These papers have your name written many times,
But wants more important, is written between the lines,
These suicidal smile covers up the pain,
And all I can do is hope that I'm still sane.

I sing myself to sleep,
With the locket I still keep,
Because every time you pretend I'm not there,
I can't help but care,
And every time you forget,
I'm filled with regret.

I try to open my eyes,
To all these desperate lies,
I'm dilapidated inside,
And I can no longer hide.
Your smile is like death to me,
Because its haunting me,
This pain is like morphine,
But this pain isn't even seen,
So open your eyes,
See through your own lies,
Let's see if you can find what's true,
Because I'm dying for you.
