It all started off with one simple word,
and that one simple word lead to many complicated things.
You caught my attention with every word that came out of your mouth.
You were such a gentleman,
with a gorgeous face.
You only spoke words from the heart, and boy you made me fall in love,
in love with you.
It was all down hill from there.
You stopped keeping in touch with me,
which only ripped me apart, boy.
You came back a few months later,
thinking you could just walk back into my life.
I was so crushed from your absence,
but I let you back in.
You said you couldn't talk long,
and said, "bye, ily so much babe",
before I could even say one word.
The only thing I didn't know was,
that would be the last time I would ever see those words.
You died in the hospital,
the night I was going to tell you...
I was in love with you.
The news hit me,
like a speeding car.

and I still love you with every fiber of my being.
I look up at the sky everyday,
thinking of you.

so breathtakingly beautiful.
