As I See It

Now in this world of insatisfaction
We gotta contemplate our actions
Ain't no redos, not many voices
to guide us helpless from wrong choices
We see the sins in magazines
in the news and on tv
Government scandals,
rebellion with no one grasping handles
Solving murder with murder,
while the mourning light white candles

[Chorus]
Can't seem to stop the dissing, but everybody's missing
the issues of the world, soldiers shooting on a mission
Economy goes down while debt's going up
Working class heroes, can you spare change into their cup?

Money's the main priority, true love's gone past tense
Racism still plauges the land, and justice isn't always legal since
Hello!

Our morals're all decaying, while we sit here and wait
When homophobia strikes down and decides the lovers' fate
But hey, it's a supposed free country, right, ya'll?
Cause boys like boys, not the other way around
You can stop listening if you find yourself puking at the sound

[Chorus]

There is no solution to all of the pollution,
Parents can't breathe easy with their kids in institutions
But with responsibility on all of our parts,
each and everyone have opened up their hearts,
We can save the world from unnecessary pain
All with collaboration from every single nation,
No matter what religion you're mind is set on
or what race you would bet on
We gotta work as a team to make our mountains gleam,
our ocean sway with bright azure and maybe one day we'll find a cure

But for now we gotta work, while the tug-of-war teams jerk
To keep our children safe, our world alive,
Our goals waiting for us to arrive
So, keep your spirit intact while we settle out the score
Pay no attention to the ignorant who called your friend a whore
Now it's my time to leave, for only time will tell,
what will become of the world and if we hear the liberty bell.
