Violence

Everyday
There is a fray
The keeps us away
From the radiance of day
Never a moment of silence
It’s constantly violence
Among the young
Is all that it has become
In the morning
Weapons are always loading
Overflowing with ammunition
Making life a harder mission
It starts at an early age
Where kids put up a gage
It is injected into the mind
And no one can find
The being who they used to be
That no individual will ever see
It is an alliance with a broken heart
Where there is a part
Missing from the whole
When it takes a toll

It starts at the house
Causing great rouse
With peer pressure
For those who assume they could never measure
Some do it for pleasure
Thinking they might find treasure
Or perhaps just to look cool
Not anticipating looking like a fool
It can be cruel
Just an inconsiderate tool
Kids are filled with troubles
And all of it bubbles
So we should take a stand
And grab a hand
Of a child that has the dilemmas
Or as some call them, problemas
And convey them out of their cavernous breach
And strive to teach
Those who reluctantly bear
The engulfing pain here and there
And literally almost everywhere
They truly unwillingly go
And let it completely show
Though they may not know
Which way on the treacherous path to go
So we must seize them away from the gloom of night
And into the luster of the days light
And let them know it is alright
Not to persist to fight
And to make friends not foes
That lasts for rows and rows
And tell everyone who does not know
Violence is not the way to go
We shall seek an alternative path
And prevent the coming of the wrath
That pursues the young
And wants to become
The almighty and powerful ruler
In this scenario, we need to become the doer
And precede our unrelenting protest
Before people turn their backs in disinterest
So I say to you, my friends, today
We will endeavor to take the malevolence away
And if our plan fails
We will find a substitute that will prevail

And in the end
There will be no need to fend
For we will conquer the shadows
And any appalling proceeding that follow
